Set mainly between 1960-1990, this film follows Jack's work in bringing human rights center stage during his time as director of Amnesty International USA. Weaving through the broader shifts of the Civil Rights, Anti-War and Anti-Apartheid movements, the film raises questions about what human rights can mean and what can be done.
